We realised that the humble desk phone lagged far behind its mobile counterpart and so we set out to create HiHi to deliver effortless, meaningful communication. HiHi and our range of mobile apps make face-to-face communication easy, wherever you are.
At the same time, we saw the possibilities that cloud technology presented, which is why we've moved our CRM platform into the Cloud and started working on Machine Learning, AI and several other fields to make our business more efficient.

Our CRM team are busy redesigning our key software to make it more suitable for a cloud environment while moving towards micro-services in a service bus architecture.
Our development teams are split across two key areas; the development of the HiHi series (and related apps) and the development of our cloud-based CRM platform.
