We believe in learning from one another, which is why we hold regular peer reviews of our work. You’ll also get the opportunity to work alongside specialists in other areas than your own in order to further advance your knowledge and skillsets.
One of the regular features of our teams are their office meals. At these events, we pay for the food and a member of the team will present something they’ve been working on so that the rest of the group can benefit from their knowledge.
In a nutshell, our development teams are working with the best technology to help keep our business at the front of our industry. Our CRM team is committed to setting the standard of how to use cloud technology in the telecoms industry and, as our CRM is entirely cloud-based, our team are exploring Cloud Computing in greater depth than ever before. We’re working across Machine Learning, AI and Data Lakes whilst also redesigning all of our software for a cloud environment.
Our Android team are integrating with AOSP, making modifications directly on the Android Codebase. They’re using the latest Android SDK to write their own integrated suite of apps built into the OS and helping to build and deploy their own hardware.
The .Net Services team is working with the latest Azure technologies. They’re busy scripting infrastructure as code and are working with a microservice architecture.
Our UC team are working on the development and support of Hosted Unified Communications for both voice and video, using cutting-edge technologies. They’re also working on a host of cloud technologies including Azure and Elastic Search/Kibana.
